This morning the ocean washed up some funny looking green balls onto Long Reef Beach – my local. There’s been lots of speculation about what they are, as no one seems to seen them before. Some people are even calling them ‘aliens eggs’ They just look like balls of woven seaweed to me, but it’s totally amazing how perfectly round they are. Like a thousand tennis balls scattered along the shoreline.
I had to pop down there this afternoon with the girls and my camera to see what all the fuss was about.
So what do you think they are?
Life’s little mysteries……I wonder if the Mazza Dazza (Manly Daily) will report on it tomorrow?
lol, I’m pretty sure it will Cristy as they made it on to Seven News last night! Pretty cooll I think x
So wierd & cool! Did you find out what/ why they were?
I think they are some kind of algae – apparently living too. Very wierd!!
Nature’s little mysteries are so incredible. Did you find out what they are? Trolls?
