The best ever thermomix Spag Bol

Easy, delicious and packed full of veggies. This spaghetti bolognese will easily become one of your go to week night dinners that everyone will love.
Ingredients
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 500g veggies of your choice (I use carrots, sweet potatoes, zucchini, broccoli and mushrooms)
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 heaped tbs vegetable stock paste
  • 150g tomato paste
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of sugar
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • Pasta of choice (I use spaghetti)
  • Cheese for topping
Instructions
  1. Chop the onion and garlic for 5 seconds on speed 7.
  2. Add the oil and saute for 3 minutes at 100 degrees, speed 1.
  3. Add all the veggies and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7. Scrape down the sides.
  4. Add the mince and stir it all together for 5 seconds on revere speed 3.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes on varoma, reverse speed soft.
  6. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook for a further 20 minutes on 100 degrees, reverse speed soft. Replace the MC with the basket to stop the sauce from spattering everywhere while cooking.
  7. Serve on top of a bed of pasta, or spinach leaves if you're looking for a carb free option.
  8. Enjoy.
