Thermomix white chocolate and cherry brownies

Gooey, rich and delicious. Everything you would expect from a chocolate brownie but better.
  • 100g glace cherries
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 180 white chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp almond essence (optional)
  • 50g caster sugar (optional)
  • 180g plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees
  2. Add the cherries to the TM bowl and roughly chop on speed ¾ for 2 seconds. Set them aside.
  3. Add the butter and white chocolate and melt on 90 degrees for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  4. Add the eggs and almond essence and beat for 20 seconds on speed 5.
  5. Add the sugar, baking powder and flour and mix together on speed 3 for 30 seconds.
  6. Finally add the chopped cherries and gently mix on reverse speed 2 for 10 seconds.
  7. Pour into a lined slice tin and bake for 30 mins.
  8. It should be golden brown on the outside and still slightly gooey in the middle.
  9. Allow it to cool before cutting into squares.
  10. Best served with vanilla ice-cream.
