Healthy banana oat pancakes in the Thermomix

Low GI, sugar free and gluten free and only three ingredients. The perfect healthy pancake brekkie for everyone.
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 banana
  • 100g oats
  • Toppings of your choice
Instructions
  1. Mill the oats on speed 10 for 20 seconds.
  2. Add everything else and mix on speed 6 for 30 seconds.
  3. Add a large spoonful to a hot frying pan (lightly oiled) and fry for approx 30 seconds on each side or until they're golden brown.
  4. ENJOY x
