Easy, healthy bliss balls

The easiest healthy snacks to whip up with just about any variation of fruits and nuts you may have in your cupboard.
Ingredients
  • 50g macadamia nuts
  • 150 raw almonds
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 70g rice malt syrup
  • 120g dried fruits or dates
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling
Instructions
  1. Add the nuts to the TM bowl and pulse on speed 9-10 for 15 seconds
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mix on speed 8 for 1 minutes.
  3. Roll into balls using your hands and dip into the desiccated coconut until they are completely covered.
  4. Store in the fridge
  5. Enjoy
Notes
You can use any combination of fruits and nuts. Bear in mind that very oily nuts like macadamia or cashews should be used in conjunction with some other nuts like almonds in a 1 parts to 3 ratio, otherwise the mixture can be quite oily. Don't worry if it is on the oily side, once they're rolled in coconut and sat in the fridge for a while they will be perfect!
